Order Processing

Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days after payment has been received.

Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day.

We currently ship throughout the United States.

Shipping costs are calculated during checkout based on your location and selected shipping method.

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.

Delivery times are estimates only and may vary due to weather, holidays, or carrier delays.

Fungi Familia Co. is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.

If your package arrives damaged or appears to be lost, please contact us within 7 days of the delivery date.

We will work with the shipping carrier to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.

We accept returns within 30 days of delivery for unused items in their original condition.
